Introduce this lady to Billie Holiday. I am 77 years old, and we need successors to Janis, Bonnie, Amy, and I could go on. Ladies like her need to carry on the blues tradition. She has her niche. She has a start and should carry on for legacies of Robert Johnson, Blind Lemon, Willie Dixon, Sippy Wallace, Big Mama Thornton, etc. Don't worry about gender or race. She can sing neutral. My opinion is the Blues is the root of all American music. Watch Ken Burns country music see how my ancestors' music from Ireland blended with Blues and African et al to become country. This lady has future and she be encouraged. The Blues must not die or be pushed into the background today"s fluff. You go, girl!

I get a kick out of discovering new talent and watch it develop, eg. Yasi, Audrey and Kate, et al; but this time I noticed Addie late and started just today a playlist of her other performances. Thans to David Teolis for providing us with a chronological posting of her successive stages.

The musicianship here is really good. I would have loved to get them into a recording studio at that time. Suspect they have gone separate ways now.

I was amazed. I just recently saw the video of them doing Spirit of Radio and was blown away. Now this 3 years later. Real music isn't dead after all. there's hope for the world.

To answer your question who are they and where did they come from!. They are aspiring young musicians and the Paul green academy gives them tuition and direction. If you enjoyed this!, try school of rock. My favourite is: led zeppelin whole lotta love.

They have been around for 5 or 6 years. This is them grown up. There have been many variations of their lineup. Members come and go and come back again. I think this is them from 2015- kzread.info/dash/bejne/h45-u9ClmcewZpc.html. There are many more, simply follow the rabbit hole.

Okay, David, she has grown into the music since "Whole Lotta Love"; although the acoustics in the venue stink, it is evident our young lady is bringing a much more mature sound to her performance. I'd love to hear this in a studio setting. KDM
