Today I appreciate rainy days, local coffee shops, time with family and being a part of bringing life into the world (labor and delivery nurse here) Always such an honor and incredible feeling!!

I feel super appreciative for this year teaching me that the highs and lows follow each other and to take time to learn from those lows

I am so incredibly appreciative for my friends and family, it sounds like such a simple thing to be grateful for but I think that that is what makes it so special! Whenever I am having a hard time, bad hour, day, or week the people I love most are always there to pull me out even when I don't realize it in the moment. This channel has made me realize the importance of being grateful, and I have truly seen a difference in my life when I consciously recognize all the beautiful things around me. I tend to see those things that make my world brighter more often, and whether they are happening more often or now I am just appreciating them more, it helps to pull me out of any funk better than anything else. Thank you for making these videos they are an inspiration and you are changing lives

With it being summer vacation, it's so nice to just take a little break away from all the responsibilities and busyness, whether it's college or just every day-to-day life, taking the time to relax and focus on all forms of my health more in-depth. Reading, going to the beach, lighting a candle and putting on a show, or in this case, your youtube videos, sounds like the smallest thing to do to spend your time, but I'm so appreciative of time and being by myself!!

I’m really appreciating the little things of each day like trying a new coffee recipe, the summer rain after a really hot day, a smile from a stranger… I also appreciate the love and support my family gives me, I don’t know what I would do without them. I don't think about this often enough but I am so grateful for the world we live in. It sounds so cheesy but the fact that everyone has parts of the world that they love and feel like home at is so comforting. Like going to the beach, the city, the country and some people have a connection to all of them which is so so special. Or even travelling, like the plane is such a safe space for me and so many others because we know that on the other side of that trip there are new memories, friends and most of all there is tomorrow to make it better than the day before. Hannah, I've watched you since your back to school, tours and routines era about 5 years ago. But my favourites have always been your traveling vids because I know that's what you love. Watching you do what you love makes me want to to go out and make the most of what I love too. Even if those things are different, we all have our places, people or times that feel so comforting and pure to us. That is what I am grateful for. The diversity in our world that caters to everyone. I love you and thank you Hannah :)))

I’m so appreciative for my mom who does so much for me without thinking twice. There are so so many little things and sacrifices she makes for me. I never even have to ask but somehow she knows exactly how to make me feel better. Being home from college and spending more time with her has really made me appreciate how much she does for me to make sure i’m the happiest I can be. This summer has taught me to appreciate growth and self love. In college I’ve been running myself into the ground trying to get everything done and be there for everyone. This summer gave me the time to rest on God’s word and I realized that I was so busy trying to please everyone that I forgot that I also needed to be there for myself.

Very much appreciative of the family time I get to have with my grandparents. They have the sweetest and a most genuine soul which I cherish and admire so much. They also teach me very valuable things like to live in the present as much as possible and to be surrounded by people who make me feel loved. As a child I really wasn’t able to communicate fully with them since they solely speak Spanish but as I got older I was able to learn the language and connect with them on a deeper level. They are my favorite people and I will forever appreciate them. ❤️

Today I appreciate thunder storms. My sisters who don’t live at home anymore came to visit me today, but the thunderstorm caused them to stay longer. We played board games all night, and enjoyed eachother company. So tonight I’m very grateful for thunderstorms❤️
