You think back to simpler times, times when you could swing on this swing and not get strange stares from mothers. When you didn't have to worry about the age limits on the playground, much less life in general. You feel warm tears start to drip down your face, and you watch them fall to the ground. They form a small puddle, and you can almost see yourself; still a child, not ready for the world. The puddle grows bigger, and your face isn't the only wet thing now. Looking up at the rain, you continue swinging softly, saying goodbye to the summer vibes.

As a girl that has been homeschooled all my life, I legit feel bad for all of you, yes I go to a lot of places like youth group, church, karate, ect. But it still affects me, but yall have it way worse :( I hope quarantine is over soon so we can all enjoy summer like we did before 😔👊💪

I live on an island West of the Fiji islands in Vanuatu. Our yard is situated north where it is less humid and more dry the sun shines so bright every day and at night the stars smile in multitudes. I escape from the main towns down south with a tent and a music box all by myself where my pot plants grow my medicine and food. Listening to lofi early in the morning at 1am and making pancakes under the open fire until the sun comes up is how I spend most of my summer in December. I hope I find someone who enjoys the same music taste as I do or at least is simple enough to appreciate cool stuff like the rest of the people in this comment section who are very supportive. This reminds me of last summer. I spent the first two weeks of break in England and Ireland, which was the first time I had ever been out of the United States. I then came back to beautiful weather (which is unusual where I live it’s normally hellishly hot in summer lol) and got ready for a big archery tournament that I had to go to in North Carolina. When I wasn’t practicing archery, I was lounging by a pool, or participating in the revival of Minecraft and watching Minecraft videos. I felt so at peace with life. My mental health was thriving and I no longer hated what I saw in the mirror. God, if only I could go back. I’m now trying not to buckle under the pressure of a being a high school student. At least I have these blissful memories to look back on when I’m feeling as stressed as I am now.

I was on the beach by myself. The friend I had come with had gone biking, and my headphones had just charged, so I put something beachy on. The sand was disheveled; it’s never flat the way it is in movies. It’s always frothy, printed with someone’s story. The waves melted into the parts of the songs where there was a moment of silence, and seagulls strutted across the land like it was theirs. And for just a moment, under that slightly overcast sky, with all the colors of the horizon perfectly cool, I felt... nice. It was all so simple, is all.

I miss summer as a kid in my old state of Iowa, me and my brother were inseparable as we would bike around town and go to lakes where we would catch frogs and fish. After a long summer day we would go home and hop on the old xbox 360, I love those memories...

We may be stuck at home but don't let that put your life on hold .We have survived previous viruses before so we can do it again and again and again . Stay strong ! You can do this .

This mix reminds of my summer vacations back in highschool. The feeling of complete freedom and not having a slightest care in the whole wide world, except if I'm acting cool enough around my friends. Those days are long gone behind, yet the blissful nostalgia still brings me comfort within some of my darker moments.

My eyes twinkle from the look of tonights sky I can feel my back cold and wet As i sit up my nose catches a whiff of the most delightful smell; fresh cut grass of course I look down afar, and I can see the city lights I can almost hear the sound of ambulances and loud music; all from the city that never sleeps Yet down here I can hear the sound of crickets chirping, the leaves rustling A tear streams down my face as I light a cigarette on this cold night As i exhale my smoke, memories of my childhood flash by All the good memories, the ones about birthdays, holidays, having friends and playing all afternoon, and the most special of all; being in my mothers hands hugging her tightly and knowing she loved me But now, i have grown, i'm broke, I have no home, and im all alone I wish things didn't have to end this way, but now i can finally be free And as i exhale the last of my cigarette and jump over the fence, my numbness starts to clear up Now i know, ending it all was how it was meant to be.

Here I am lying down on my neighbors abandoned houses driveway. The warm concrete radiating into my body. The sun light is streaming through the trees onto my face. I brought my headphones and have the head strap covering my eyes from the light. The cool wind is gentle and keeps me from overheating. I wouldn't normally lay on the ground because I find it dirty. However lately my mind has been overwhelmed by thoughts on what career I want. This is the first time in many months that ive been this relaxed at all. So thank you for this music which gave me the opportunity to experience this and process my thoughts.

I'm in Quarantine and realizing now how boring this summer was, It passed by so slow yet so fast and now there's two weeks before it ends.

This reminds me a lot of last summer in Canada, no virus, no lockdown, only good friends and a bonfire.

Even if Covid will stop us from having fun, make this summer the best you can, its the least you can do, nothing can or will stop you! Be you! Believe in yourself! Work hard keep your chins up and goodluck! :)

This might probably be a whole entire paragraph, of course, nobody needs to read this. I enjoy listening to everyone and each Video of Lofi/chill music. It's so relaxing for me whenever I do my bloxburg builds, for studying, reading, sleeping, anything that comes in mind for me. I wanna know (for the people who make these Lofi*S*) How much time do you spend to make these? What source do you need to make these? How do you come up with such amazing music? I'll never stop listening to these, and I mean never. We all have to agree that the lofi community is the most amazing, most chill, and relaxing community we've ever heard of. What I'd do every day is go on into my account, make some coffee, and start preparing everything for my zoom classes, homework, gaming. reading, then take a shower. I'd start off by picking out my outfit, which matches the music I'm listening to. Even as a kid back then, I was very young finding out about this at 6. hey! so ik its been a year. so u probably dont even remember writing this. but i get how you feel. stress can come and take over so fast and sometimes when your buried so deep in that it's hard to remember that theres a way out too. so i just want you to know that there is a way out. there will always be a way out. you just need to know where to look. i know you can feel trapped under all that stress, because i feel that way too a lot of the time. if you feel trapped and feel like you need a way out but cant find one i want to be able to help. even though we dont know each other and probably will ssometimes thats better. it makes it easier to talk to people you will never see. i dont know your situation but if you dont have a person who is there just to listen and help. not hate or judge. if you need that person and cant find them, i know how dangerous that can be. dont keep it all bottled up. if you cant find a person and you need to just talk my instagram is maximo_martin07 just if you need. if you ever feel to close to the end with no way out i can help be that way out. so dm if you need it.

@@maxedoutanimations9936 thanks so much i almost nearly forgot i wrote this but thank you for actually looking out for me even though we don’t even know each other. I am doing a lot better now, with school and my grades and almost everything. I finally had the courage to tell my mom that I think i have anxiety so I went to the doctor and it turns out I do have anxiety and found also found out i have ADD which i had no idea i had. But overall i am doing a lot better. Thank you

Summer break's nearly over but time flies and will be with us next year again ❤

Still, those same nostalgic memories keep coming back from the summer that will never come back. The childhood summer where we don't complain and keep on worrying over things that don't even matter much. Those times ain't coming back. So cherish childhood before adulthood comes into play and fucks over you.

looking forward to peaceful summer days after such pressures from school grades

I dont know if there are people who remember this shot from the anime "Inuyasha" but I do. It actually was labeled "Water" but in Japanese and its my favorite anime :D
