So good. Add some white wine, tomatoes and basil for med flavor, or curry/coconut milk/garlic chili paste and some fresh cilantro. All stuff that can be garden grown. Tip: easy use to turn to an amazing soup, prepare as shown, while boiling potatoes in a stock pot in mild chicken broth. When they are done and onions and squash are sauteed, toss it into the stock pot with some tomato flavor to choice. I prefer fresh cilantro or parsley, lots of thyme, yellow curry and some sort of spicy chilli kicker. Blend, strain, add a lemon of lemon juice, and a can of coconut milk. Its unbelievably good

Hi, I think you are a very classy & pretty lady and I agree with someone who said you are easy to listen too☺️. Thanks for the zucchini & squash recipe video😉. I actually made squash tonight and I used onions and thinly chopped garlic 🧄, I cooked it for less time, so it was a not smooth and creamy like yours. It was soft but in longer strands. Thanks for your channel, Arlene (Miami, Fl)

Depends on your taste. Garlic salt is just that, ground dried garlic and table salt. If you use that, you won't need salt.
