so many colors!! i saw so many colors! the root chakra was a faceted gemstone. my temple of light around my auric field was my crystal tower made of light. how incredible that was to breathe through all my Chakras like that. i breathed the breath of life into my body once more. namaste.

Lulled into a meditative state, and then at the end of the meditation, a "Camp Little Bites" ad blared in with trumpets, and I must say, it ruined the effect and the ambiance, for sure. I wish there were not ads on meditation videos.

I'm so sorry to hear that happened during your experience. When I upload the videos I request for YT to please only show ads at way way beginning before it even starts & very very end when the listener would be finished with the meditation at the end screen with intention that ads would not be placed during any part where viewers would be in meditative states. It is unfortunate to hear YT decides to place ad placements elsewhere even with my doing that. A possible solution next time you listen to a mediation video to avoid ads may be to try the download option so you can listen offline, maybe that may keep ads off since the video would be able to be watched offline 🙏 Thank you for being here & receiving & I send my love 🤍 Happy Solstice 🌞
