Summer Series 2013: Republic Services 2431

Here we have truck 2431 working it's Wednesday route over in Barberton. The automation of the city is fully complete, and includes three of these and 2456 on trash and 2 more of these on recycle. These trucks seem to be working out well, and man they sure are nice too. Beautiful and fun to watch as well! Truck 2219 also makes an appearance in this video, they had him over helping the recycle guys. The driver of that truck was actually in one of my WM videos last summer. Thanks to the cool driver for making this video possible!

that garbage truck number is 2431 from the summer series 2013 that was republic waste services
My recycling truck is usually 2417 sometimes we have 2431 or 2411 we have these exact trucks but labries
Curious if the new macks still have the turn radius of the old ones, or lack thereof

Nice work! The truck sure seems to be flooring it when it starts to drive. Any idea why that is? Just seems way louder than it should. Not complaining though! Haha love a good lid flipping python. Overall nice work! Really enjoyed this video! Will we see any of that curotto can in the future?

Yeah these older LEUs certainly sound nice, but I believe the reason it’s roaring so loud is because of the engine fan.

We don’t have republic services here in New Hampshire we have WM, Bestway disposal,dumpster depot,Pinard,Zero waste

They’re called back door stops. Eligible disabled customers have the option to pay extra for us to get their cart, wheel it to the truck and empty then return it to where they had it. Sounds sucky but trust me you appreciate any chance to stretch your legs on an ASL truck.
I'll bet it takes a while to get used to driving on the right side of the cab.
