I first heard this song the day my daughers husband passed away. I couldn’t stop crying and I’m still crying as I listen now. This was a really good version and I think John would be proud 😢

When we lost John We lost one of greatest story tellers ever. He will be missed.

Riddle me this, who else could come up with an album of absolute classics at age 72/73yrs and then lay one on us just before he leaves, like a gold seal on his legacy 'I remember everything' is sublime and so too is this cover of 'Summers End', well done guys.

I truly love when folks play John's songs. Keep him alive in my mind. He was the 2nd if my heroes to die. Cried when Doc Watson passed then again with John. Still reeling from Toby. Don't know what's gonna happen when Willie leaves. This is by far the best cover of Summers End I've heard.

Just had this come into my phone...when I saw Over The Rhine, it brought back fond memories of seeing them in Cinci back in 05-06 .... love this song and what a great version of John's farewell to us all...we are so fortunate to have had his songs shadow us over the last 50 years or so...thanks to all of you for this version, bravo😊😊

Just discovering JP in my 50's. I hosted a cross-country cyclist overnight who carried a small guitar and played Spanish Pipedream for me by the fire pit. Instantly hooked me, and I've been exploring his music ever since.

I keep coming back to this classic production . Everybody's input is sublime right down to Nicks little guitar duels, beautiful . And that the legend himself , JP , could leave us such a beautiful collection in the twilight of his career is simple astonishing , there is no comparison.

Wow! Such talented performers paying homage to a great man and one of the beautiful songs he left us with before his passing.
