I bet it is not a grass hopper but a praying mantis. Those are good for your garden. 🙂. What progress. Well done.

Just a solid day of necessary progress. The small “boring” steps that make all of the fun stuff possible!

I love apricot marmelade. Sounds so good. Pretty soon you'll be able to make strawberry marmelade with that beautiful garden.

When Sergi put the level across the sink, I could feel the same emotion you expressed. “What, you’re checking my work!” I have said the very same words to Clinton. It’s like a betrayal of trust. And then he does something amazing and I forget what I was mad about! Such is a good marriage.

Slowly but surely you are both making this house a home. You both work so hard and if the garden is an indicator of how the house will be , it will be wonderful. You both are still smiling and I love how you appreciate the beauty that surrounds you , the climbing rose, the mountains, the clouds, and the ladybugs 🐞 I love when the church bells ring. Don’t forget to get the new tires for Apa.

Amazing what you were able to accomplish in this video. The water and electrics make the rooms so much closer to being completed. I'm loving your summer kitchen progress and can hardly wait for your little refrigerator and cook top.

Are you going to paint the inside of the summer kitchen? I was wondering what the dark spots on the wall are.

Alla, I think it might be time to buy some hand held grass clippers. Your grass is becoming a jungle. Unless, of course, you really like a jungle.

It's becoming the wonderful home that you've dreamt of Alla! So much to be happy about! That little plant you showed isn't Basil, as normal Basil doesn't have purple stems. It looks like a type of mint or an Asian herb to me, but I'm not sure. Just rub the leaves and see what it smells like :D It's going to be a magical house...I can tell! 😍🥰😘

I notice you have Bracken Fen in the garden, I personally wouldn't - All parts of bracken fern, including root stocks, fresh or dry leaves, heads, and spores, contain toxic compounds that are poisonous to animals and humans. Poisoning often occurs in spring when young shoots sprout and during late summer.

Could you please show us how Sergei lights the coals for the grill. How long does it take before ready to cook on grill? Does he use lighter fluid to start? Does it affect the taste? Thanks

Before I used a little antique burner with cheap organic gel fuel from amazon - It gives no bad smell at all, but takes some time because has pretty low burning temperature and unreliable with some wind. And now I just use Alla's hot gun to start coconut shell charcoal in about 10-15 minutes before starting to cook. With smoking wood chip blend it gives really amazing smell! It makes me want to buy another wireless hot gun - just for the charcoal :D

Yeah one day we discovered that old wires and sockets in fully working condition, in some places even 20+ years light bulbs are fully working, thanks God we discovered it by checking connections and not by some sort of surprise electric execution! 😅

It's inside it's box in cantina - because we have rainy weather. We have a metal fence on top of the pathway - so I can hang it back just in a minute.
