Like a weekly meal plan! Can be themed differently like high protein one week, rainbow another, nut free etc

The thing I love the most about all the monbento sponsorships? These videos are extremely satisfying to watch! So aesthetically pleasing! I only wonder...do you keep all of them? You would have quite a lot of versions from all the collaborations with them!

Me too I started a new job in May. I wanted to incorporate more vegan meals into my diet. And I don’t have access to a place I can warm up my meals at work. I work as a food sever at Pizza Hut. I typically don’t bring a meal with me since my shift hours are only less than 5 hours long. If I do bring a meal it’s usually coffee or tea with a clif bar. But I’m trying to get back into eating health and working out so I want to start bringing healthier meals to work so I don’t have to order breadsticks at work during my shift and can save some money on meals as well.

That watermelon cucumber strawberry salad looks so refreshing!

I agree the bento boxes and water bottles she used in this video were super cute. I always wanted to get bento boxes for my lunches at work. But I can’t bring myself to spend the money on it. I also want to eventually find a really cute lunch box as well for work. Right now I’m using an ugly owl 31 lunch bag my mom bought at a yard sale for $1. Her and I both share it.

Just made the watermelon salad. Like literally went out got what I needed so I could make it. Sooo good! I did use mango instead of strawberries. As I can't have the strawberries.

Looks great. Whenever I pre-make sushi, the rice gets hard and not tasty. I’d love to pack veggie sushi for lunch. Any tips for keeping the rice soft?

This is exactly why I don’t like to store precooked rice in the fridge. I typically eat brown rice instead of white rice. I have ulcerative colitis and white rice hurts my stomach when I eat it. I’m not a fan of jasmine rice. I do like long grain rice, brown rice and quinoa (as a rice substitute if needed).

i ordered a new lunch box and food containers last week AND IM SO EXCITED FOR IT TO COME IN!! I swear I get so much joy from having cute lunches and containers hahahah

Love the meal inspiration as always. But I've used these bento boxes and find them a hassle to use throughout the workday.. Not a fan, I gave it to my sister (who never uses it either).

Aren’t those lines on the nori for the pieces to be cut easier??

How did you find the dimensions of the bentos? I'd really like to pick up a set for packing lunches as I go back into work in person this fall but I fear they might be a bit too small as I eat quite a bit.

I think they are pretty small. I found glass containers at target that hold quite a bit.

I used the kale pesto from Trader Joe’s to save time but when I have more time I make my own ☺️
