Disney Springs' newest Table Service restaurant is finally open! Summer House on the Lake is actually a chain that offers up atmosphere and cuisine inspired by coastal California. This location is their second in Florida, with the first opening up earlier this year in Terminal C at the Orlando International Airport. Their signature cookie bar looks to challenge Gideon's as the most sought after cookie in Walt Disney World and their menu combines flavors that highlight the culinary melting pot of cuisine that can be found in California. While we weren't able to experience this restaurant on opening day, we were able to experience Summer House on opening weekend. This video provides a detailed tour of the cookie bar and a full review of some of their signature menu offerings.
