I can’t agree enough about crepe myrtles. Love them! They are champs in heat and drought. Your gardens are so beautiful. My cannas are just not blooming. It’s their 2nd year. I only had 2 bloom so far. Maybe next year they’ll show out. We’re in an over 100° streak here too with no rain for 4 weeks 😭 Enjoyed this so much. We already follow each other. 😊

Thanks Wendi! Love seeing your photos on instagram. It's starting to cool down here. Sorry to hear about your cannas. When I first planted mine it took a bit before they bloomed consistently . But once they get established they can be thugs. I'm at the point where I'm pulling a lot of mine out!
