My suggestion is have self care overnights . Book a massage/spa treatment if it’s in your budget. If it’s not then bring your favorite scented shower steamer, a face mask, favorite lotions/oils, your Roku/fire stick so you can still watch your shows on the tv if they don’t have casting abilities, bring your favorite snacks/order room service & just pamper yourself.

I had to come back to this video to suggest the too good to go app! When places have extra food they don’t want to just throw out, they sell it on there for extremely discounted prices. I’ve been using it regularly on layovers. It’s not that great in smaller cities, but I’ve gotten some real good food for cheap in bigger/more popular cities.
