I really like the discussion around body positivity and it's becoming really clear to me that SL overall is implementing so many positive changes to the brand as a whole. I think this is a great opportunity for our entire community and hopefully we can encourage more even more conversations from the content. Would love to see more of Roxie and other experts in this field. Thanks for a great show x

Hi from Seattle! I found SL channel couple of years ago and love watching your show, however, the sound system isn't very good. Even with the volume as high as possible it's hard to hear, some segments are better than others but in general the volume it's very low. I'm glad your are back, miss you all!!

love that you are spreading the body positivity ! and the idea of no good or bad foods, i have been following this thought process for years after having an eating disorder and training in a ballet background, so its lovely to see you guys using the platform to voice this xx

Just wanted to let the team know that the "shhhhhhh" noise is back in the videos and it is still very relevant during all segments on this show as well. Honestly, makes for a less enjoyable viewing experience while watching the show. I have commented in other videos about the same thing. Will someone be working on improving this?

re: the discussion on body positivity. This is an issue that affects people of all shapes/sizes/appearance. Anyone can see that roxy is an incredibly beautiful woman BUT On a few occasions she mentioned turning around negative thoughts like ‘fat, ugly, disgusting’ into positive ones. I don’t think we can progress until we learn to stop associating words like ‘fat’ with disgusting and ugly. Fat might be a positive thought for some people. I just find these discussions pretty hypocritical when you don’t really show any kind of body diversity across your platforms. It’s quite a one-sided view in my opinion. no disrespect to roxie and all that she stands for but I think we fundamentally need to reprogram ourselves to be more open to what constitutes ‘beauty’. So what if we are fat, spotty, have frizzy hair? Who really gives a s***? myself included of course. I suffer from these same insecurities but as a size 16-18, it really hurts to hear my size being described as the worst possible, most negative and disgusting scenario for someone like Roxie and undoubtedly, the rest of the SL team. Pretty alienating tbh. 😕

I hear what you are saying. It seems tho that women's lives can be tough no matter how beautiful they are. Unfortunately these platforms can exacerbate our insecurities. It was good advice tho
