Today, Axia led the village boys and sisters to the crawfish field to catch crawfish. Despite the heavy rain, everyone's enthusiasm for catching crawfish was undeterred, and they caught one after another. Back home, we cleaned and cooked the freshly caught crawfish together, seasoning them with spices and beer to create a large, delicious plate of spicy crawfish.
