Looks delicious. Glad you know how to can as sooo many today don’t know a thing about cooking let alone canning. When I was younger and a young mother I canned and froze as much as I could. It was so great to have the canned and frozen fruits and veggies to have in our Indiana winters!!! Your supper looked delish,,,take care!!! I’ve never commented before and I’m a grandma,,,my grandson has my name as it is n I’m a Gigi. Only him as a grandchild. I had twin identical daughters. One grandson. Been married almost 52 yrs too. I was 18 when I married and went to college. But taking care of my home and family has been my biggest joy!!!

Yummy, yummy Salsa! Looks so good. You did a great job! My Mom use to can our vegetables from the garden. She would lay in bed at night before she went to sleep and count everytime a jar would pop and seal. Then when she knew they were all sealed, she would Thank God and go to sleep! I make salsa every year, for at least 25 years, my recipe for the canning bath is the water should be at least An inch over the jars. Have you had any problem with the small amount of water?

My water is always an inch over the jars! ❤️ I just had the rack pulled up and out of the water so I could easily sit them out without getting burned by the steam ❤️ once I lower the jar rack they go completely under the water 😊
