Presenters:
Ryan Fredericks works as a Chef at Stanford Health Care where he develops tasty recipes highlighting seasonal ingredients. He has been cooking since he was 7 years old.
Leah Groppo, MS, RD, BC-ADM, CDCES is a diabetes educator and senior clinical dietitian in Stanford’s Endocrinology Clinic and Diabetes Care Program. Leah has experience counseling patients on how to achieve their health goals, interpret pump and cgm data focused on customized diabetes management. At Stanford, she teaches diabetes education classes, conducts one-on-one appointments, teaches fellows and medical students and mentor’s interns. Leah is board certified in advanced diabetes management. She has a passion for growing food and loves to garden with her family.
