I can see Servants like Melusine being able to use double Chloe instead of double Koyan now, I feel like Summer Chloe is now making me rethink about going for Summer 7 servants for NA.

She very much also enables looping for fp2 who don't have every 5-star supports. I started a JP account a week ago and summoned for Oberon and Bastoria got Chloe and with Aesc I have been able to 3 turn loop with a Koyanskaya guest servant. Sad that she is a summer 4 star, so she is very limited had she been a 3-star FP summon she would have been busted to the max

I feel like she is a contender for the best 4 star servant in the game. I think she even outshines berserker castoria(honestly her being a ST unit was super disappointing because i wanted to do triple castoria farming and i feel that since they dont really bring back events as perm being single target is kind of a niche use its like dokkans AoE units but dokkan keeps creating a use for them and even when they are done with the event its usually permanent so i can try that unit out in many places) I think chloe heavily outshines summer castoria she is just too good. I would argue she might be on a different level from other 4 stars I dont even think her card type even matters

the only issue is that, the cost is nuts, 12+3*16=60, and if you're farming with 5 star ce that's 108, which means even mashu can't allow you to 6 ce

@@dimensionvisitor7689 Even on lotto events i normally have one CE slot empty, I personally value the bond gained on servants over a +1-2 drop rate since bonding your servants gets you actual SQ~

I feel like Chloe woill work well in challenge quests when paired with servants who can change/lock face cards like Artoria or Summer BB. Also, her and Summer BB team up is a very scary prospect, just imagine how much bullying those two can get up to when they combine their power!

Her manuscript buff is limited to 5 per skill activation. so locking her cards for brave chains is... not gonna work that well.

Probably underrated value for Chloe is the fact that she can gen a shit ton of stars and then leave the front line. Like sure avengers don’t have the best Star weight anyways but still

Good point. With her being a 4*, not only is she easier to pull but her team cost is low cuz now instead of having 3 supports we need 4 to BG Loop on 50% chargers. Can't wait for the day we fully utilize all 6 members to farm...

I've run the numbers but without having her I can't do actual testing but On paper double miss crane np offers more damage then chloe by 2x the attack and 3x the np damage But also you can run crane and chloe together for more np gain and roughly the same boost as double crane np Chloe seems very good can't wait for her to come to na

Obviously it's shown but the real big deal is how her skill 1 gives manuscripts for every enemy hit with an AoE np while only using 1 "hit" of the 5 total the skill allows. Not to mention how completely stupid this becomes if you use double Chloe such that you gain 6 stacks for a single AoE np against 3 enemies, allowing Chloe to then charge 60% np with her 3rd skill after a single wave. It's really amazing how well she works with Saber Alter and then Arash as well with the target-able Guts allowing him to 3 turn farm.

Idk what lasengle is doing with single target 4star summer Avengers, but i don't mind it

I think you’re missing the point on why she’s so game changing, she is the first unit in the game that can plug themselves out while providing charge to the party which allows WAY more units that couldn’t normally touch black grail that can now use it, buster units in particular that have 50% charge can now use it and quick units that had trouble refunding have an easier time now 3t and can also use black grail depending on the node structure, also the thing where you said party cost might be better with her is just misinformation and is actually the opposite, party cost is now going to be more constraining with double vich oberon and kuro so you definitely can’t use this in a 6ce comp for something like a lotto event

That’s only an issue if you want to do a 6CE lotto in the first place. Plus as Xnaya showed she can be used as your charger in a double Kuro setup.

This only works for 50% chargers right? So now units like Morgan and Tesla are definitively better than units like Godjuna and Gil because they can BG loop right? Oof feels bad after spending my time leveling append skills, grailing, rolling for NP2 and using gold Fous on Godjuna and Gil as my farmers. That’s a lot of limited resources down the drain for servants who were competir but now simply outclassed😞

I feel like she has hidden 5* rate, I spend 900 sq and pulled 3 Artorias and no Kuro....

Who would thought, chloe outshine to all the summer servants of this year and is 4 Star.

This game shows Kuro a lot of love. OG Kuro remains a very effective welfare servant. And now Summer Kuro can be utterly cracked. Of course her effectiveness can be wave dependent. But that’s a small downside for a 4* servant to be this good.

In case anyone is wondering she lets your entire party black grail loop without needing Black Grail.

I was like why hasn’t ztl talked about this demon yet. (3 mins ago Chloe is absurdly good) sorry for doubting you.😂
