This one is also where a constant enter spam assures a top speed (tho suffice to say the speedometer is unreliable and the speed actually seems to fix at +/- specific value, like in case of Hurdles - at least on the straights ; turns are a bit different animal), and where a precise, ideal reaction to starter's shot is crucial to get anywhere near this time. However, here we also need to control our bicyclist's position on track, so we both get close to or even on the most inner blue ring from the very start of the race (can be tricky if you try too hard) and stick to this position on the turns (harder as there are 8 turns, and it's a bit unreliable).
This is perhaps improvable. Could try some more in future : )

Curiosity: a contestant would actually get DQ'd for such fast a reaction in running (and probably cycling, too) in professional sports. Too fast reaction after the starter shot (below 100 ms in running ; I'm not sure about the cycling tho.. anybody?) is also considered a false start, not only starting before the shot itself.
