Made the parfait, egg casserole, tomatoes, potatoes + ketchup with mimosas and strawberry shortcake for a birthday brunch yesterday. Everybody loved it. Thank you!

Yes of course. That's the great thing about this recipe. You can definitely swap out the fruit for whatever you like. No need to increase the sugar. I love to use blueberries and lemon zest, or in the fall cranberries and orange zest. Chocolate chips are awesome too! Enjoy!
