材料
［雲］
クリームチーズ…100g グラニュー糖…20g
レモン汁…小さじ1 ゼラチン…3g 水…大さじ1
※ゼラチン液は500wで10秒加熱して液体状にしておく
［ホイップクリーム］
生クリーム…100ml コアントロー…小さじ1
［透明ゼリー］
水…400ml 板ゼラチン…8g グラニュー糖…20g
ピーチシロップ…大さじ1
［空色ゼリー］
水…200ml ブルーキュラソーシロップ…小さじ1/2
イチゴシロップ…小さじ2 グラニュー糖…10g
レモン汁…小さじ1 板ゼラチン…4g
冷やす時間はご家庭の冷蔵庫によって異なるため
適宜調節してください。
1層目2層目を3時間以上冷やしてしまうと
層が分離してしまうため表面が固まって流し込める
ギリギリの柔らかさになるまで冷やすのがコツです。

自分もやってみようとか、そういうんじゃなくて見ててなんか惹き込まれる感じで、一部始終を見てすごかったって感じです。
光の反射がとても幻想的で素敵です。
動画を観る前は「青いゼリーを作るのかな」と思ってたのですが、最下層だけに色をつけるのですね。素晴らしいアイデア。 確かに青いゼリーだと雲が白くなくなりますし、それに最下層の青が上部の透明な部分に反映して、もう何というか、ほんとうに、きれいな空。

They should really be using an electric range. The natural gas burner is filling that small room with toxic fumes like carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, nitrogen dioxide because I do not hear an overhead hood fan running.

これ作ってみたけど、色付けがとても難しい。分量通りいちごシロップ小さじ2入れたら禍々しい赤い空になっちゃったんだけど。物が違うからかもしれないけど、ちょっと試行錯誤必要だな。あとは確かに固まり具合を見極めないと、雲が浮き上がってその隙間に禍々しい赤い空が入り込むし。ただ冷やしは3時間も要らないかも。1時間くらいかなぁ。
