Very informative, thank you. I’m currently trying to build up my wardrobe from almost scratch using primarily thrifted clothing-love the thrill of treasure hunting only thrifting provides! So I’m excited to check your other vids next, great content choices! My only complaint is I’m old enough to have enjoyed many of these styles first time around and really happy to see some return, but have spent the past couple of decades moving around a fair bit to countries with such differing climates and dress codes, so sadly, clothes often are the first thing to have to cull during such moves. So wish I’d been able to keep many of my better pieces from years past, particularly as the quality for price was so much better than today’s offerings, even or maybe especially even more so in my comparatively smaller budget range. Overall quality control from superior material choices, construction techniques, and just those crucial extra addition’s of small attention to detail all seem lacking today. The cut corners feel so glaringly obvious and disappointing. Good luck with your channel! Love the content themes and presentation style, enjoying your enthusiasm and threads of humour throughout too. Subbed!

I’m In Florida also. Unfortunately we don’t get to dress up as much as those in other climates. I’d wear a blazer everyday if it wasn’t 100 degrees outside. 😂

Right! I'm in Texas and looking forward to trying the vest for a shirt trend, I got a white one. It will work in the heat. Maybe some of the sheer stuff, too, as long as the material breathes.

And you inspired me to try a vest. Found a navy men’s vest at local thrift store and paired it with a beige pair of linen pants and I felt so sexy!
