I think as a brand manager and as a consumer the problem to fix is from where Sultan's Dine collects there mutton. They collects their mutton from kaptan Bazar which is not the best place to buy meat and they don't monitor the quality. The money they charge for per plate biriyani they can collect their meat from a much more reliable source like Bengal meat or alike. But they are not doing such thing and for that it's really difficult to trust them.
