Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger) learns that Kösem Sultan wanted to kill him. Sultan Murad learns that his governor has agreed with the physician and sends Emir Çelebi's head to Kösem Sultan (Nurgül Yeşilçay). Valide Kösem Sultan, who learned that Sinan Pasha was a traitor, realizes that he has been exposed. Helpless corners. Knowing that Sultan Murad will not stop anymore, Kösem Sultan takes measures to protect Şehzade İbrahim.
Sultan Murad IV conquers Baghdad, despite all the measures of the novices. Kemankeş appointed Mustafa Pasha as the Grand Vizier and sent him to Shah Safi.

Sultan Murad (Metin Akdülger), Kösem Sultan’ın kendisini öldürmek istediğini öğrenir. Validesinin hekimbaşıyla anlaştığını öğrenen Sultan Murad, Emir Çelebi’nin kellesini Kösem Sultan’a (Nurgül Yeşilçay) gönderir. Sinan Paşa’nın hain olduğunu öğrenen Valide Kösem Sultan, ifşa edildiğini anlar. Çaresiz bir biçimde köşeye sıkışır. Sultan Murad’ın artık durmayacağını bilen Kösem Sultan, Şehzade İbrahim’i korumak için tedbir alır.
Sultan 4.Murad Acemlerin tüm tedbirlerine rağmen, Bağdat’ı fetheder. Kemankeş Mustafa Paşa’yı veziri azam tayin eder ve Şah Safi’nin üzerine gönderir…
Bağdat’tan dönen Sultan Murad, aldığı savaş yaralarıyla iyice takatten düşer. Hastalığı iyice ilerleyen Sultan Murad yatağa düşer. Sultan Murad’ın vaziyetinin kötü olduğunu öğrenen Kösem Sultan oğlunun başında bekler. Ana oğul hasta yatağında hesaplaşır.

Murad IV Raheem Allah , did delivery a lot of punishment but he dealt with a lot of betrayal. The empire grew secure and benefited from his rule

I didn't like Bayazid in not one scene in this series. His character is all the way just slimy.

@@natalijaaksoj3867 his position in the Palace made him to be slimy. He can't fully trust anyone because according to the show, he's the only outsider. And his mother was already labeled as a troublemaker. No wonder he was always on alert.

Out of all the magnificent centuries series I have liked the character of Sultan Murad and their role he played was mind blowing.
Murad was perfect ottoman sultan after Mehmed || and Supeiman the magnificent

Great general, above-average administrator. Not perfect. But pretty good. 8.5/10 score.
Peter the Great in Russia did something similar with the Streltsy, or muskateers, as we might say in English. They tried to prevent his coming to the throne. He had them all killed. Many he killed himself in Red Square in Moscow, just outside the gates of the Kremlin. There is still a stone platform in Red Square where many of the Streltsy were executed called Lobnoye mesto, lobnoye referring to the forehead. There's a very famous painting of this calle The Morning of the Streltsy Execution by Vasily Surikov, painted in 1881.

Kemankes just looks insanely dangerous dude.

This scene was jammed packed with actions 🎬. It started out all, lively, with music 🎶 in the ear 👂 and people 💃 🕺 inside the pub, and ended the scene with chopped heads 😳 😑 on the way out the door 🚪.
“You’re death” really sent me 😂🤪🤣
Janissaries has fierce loyalty to the sultan. It took 1 bad example to ruin their reputation.

This was the peak of the season 2. Murad, Bayezid, Mustafa, Silhatar and Hüseyn all working together. Shame Bayezid's mother was such a swine.

They were "easy" to kill, because they were mere soldiers, but the sultan had higher ranking and more experienced total badasses with him who had probably seen much more combat over their career and who probably trained the people who train the soldiers. Back then you didn't get a high-ranking military job for being good at your desk job.

Not really. By WWI, the Ottoman Empire had been in terminal decline for a century. Weak sultans and over powerful janissaries had weakened it from within. WWI finished it off. The peak of the Empire was the C16th . It just took a long time to eventually die. Today Turkey is a pretty weak and underdeveloped country. It’s possessions are long gone. But the Turks are decent people.

The empire didn’t die at the end of WW1 it actually died in 1922 after the exile of the last sultan

From original series it is Mohac, version from thos series doesnt excist as standalone, you can always record it by urself.
So were the heads blurred out because Turkey doesn't allow it to be seen or for the benefit of youtube?
