Suliots are just orthodox Çam, even the word "suli" is albanian, and means "tip of the moutain". And also the Translate-book albanian-greek from Marko Boqari shows very clear that Suliots did not use and know the greek languages, thats why boqari had a translation book.

Thus we have fully proved for Illyrian the assibilation of original DH, which characterizes Dorie alone amongst the various Greek dialects. The fact that both Dorians and Illyrians had in common this feature not found in the dialects of their neighbours points unmistakably to their very close relationship. We have already seen above that the names of the heroines from whom many Illyrian tribes traced their descent all end in -W, which is also the regular termination of female names in Doric. There are other pieces of evidence which cannot here be adduced owing to the conditions of space, but I venture to think that enough has been said to show that the Dorians differed essentially in race from the Achaeans of Homer, whilst they so closely resemble in their social habits, their physique, method of wearing the hair, in the disposal of their dead, and in their dialectic forms, the Illyrians, that they must be regarded, like the Thessali, as an Illyrian tribe. The "Greek" revolution never hepened it was an Arvanites against Arvanites war.In one side the Ottomans recruted the Muslim Arvanites and on the other side wher the Ortodox Arvanites whoo wher manipulated by the Greek Ortodox Church......that means brothers from the same blood and origine killing each other with the "help"of the Rusians,Germans(Otto),French and British oficers.Everithing was planned and fabricated by the Greek Ortodox church........they used the religion to devide the same nation.....pure evil.....!!!
