And the scene when Ibrahim came to Suleyman's apartment after reading his speech. There was a perfect actor's playing.( 81 episode.)

Ibrahim was beginning to suffer from megalomania. He sees the sudden behaviour of the sultan towards him as another example of how great he is. The old Ibrahim would have noticed the fake smiles for sure, but megalomania makes people blind for fake faces when they are being 'honored' by important personalities. Hürrem noticed for sure, but was confused by Ibrahim's smiles, so she explained it as Ibrahim getting into the Sultan's favor. That was a bad sign for her, so she left, fearing that the coldness of the Sultan was meant for her, with the intention of trying to get him on her side again later on when they'd be alone.

The moment was intense and terrifying. Suleiman's acting was amazing. you can clearly see pain in his smile. Even Hurrem felt something was wrong that's why she left. Only Ibrahim was a fool, he didn't realize Suleiman's motive. After every thing wrong happened Suleiman was still behaving well to let his guards down. So Ibrahim should know something is fishy but he thought everything will be ok

at dinner, Suleiman looked at Ibrahim like a predator at his tamer, choosing the right moment to tear him apart.

The music creates the apprehensive atmosphere perfectly.

@@adrigon but with the folder of evidences sokullo gave to suleiman, ibrahim dug his grave and this time suleiman will no longer have ibrahim passed this. Hurrem's reports were just trying to open suleiman's eyes to what Ibrahim were doing. That folder of documents have the heavier weights for treason.

Hurrem picked up the tension between Suleyman and Ibrahim and knew something bad was looming and asked to be excused.

I think Hurram didnt grasp the significance of the looks Suleiman was giving to Ibrahim.. she thought he had worked his way back onto Suleiman's favour, hence her comment to Sumbul!! I think she was there as support to Sulieman.

@@bharathiramesh5878 I guess she just felt uneasy. Seeing her husband and enemy smiling and intimating with each other. She senses fishy, yes, but also annoyed that she dismissed herself. I'm pretty sure she about to giving up with her plan, based on her complain to Sumbul afterward. Little did she know that the odd manner of Suleyman meant something else.

@@ernestnoeid2327 to me what hurrem interpret Suleiman's intimate reactions with ibrahim means, suleiman couldn't do to eliminate his friend and buddy.

Halit has some of the greatest facial expressions. He doesn't need words.

Sulieman was the sun and Ibrahim got too close and got burned but Hurrum knew her limits.

It amazes me how Ibrahim didn't notice that something is suspicious , did he not see it in the sultans eyes? It was clear that Suleiman eyes look intense, I would have packed my bags and ran off back to my homeland if I was Ibrahim. Ibrahim didn't want to be seen as coward so he stayed in the palace till the end. Ibrahim did a lot of wrong things but i still feel sorry for him, the pressure of power broke him in the end and turned him completely into a different man. This show is filled with so much tragedy with small comedy moments, I love these actors, who gave us such a special experience and well developed characters, bravo! 😊

Ibrahim was smiling as he was on his room afterwards... I think he thought all was back to normal.when Ibrahim was looking at him, Suleiman tried to smile naturally, but the menace in his eyes was amazing.

@@Jj-cn9rb it is an empire, or Islamic khilafa .. that means if the order was given by the Caliphe you can't escape unless you hide for the rest of your life, or you get out from the borders wich are huge, and no one notice you, and even then if they find you they will return you back or for money, or for a peace of land, or for changing prisonners, or simply to avoid problems if the Caliphe is so thirsty of vengance about that specific person, because he will send and army to bring back the fugitive. Wich happened later with his son Bayazid when he escaped to Persian lands .. the persians returned him back to end killed by his brothers who payed a big amount of money.

I always wondered why she called Hurrem. not because she was his wife, but Because she was so much alike to ibrahim and Suleiman knew that. Suleiman warned her with this move "if you decide to disrespect me, or decide that you are above me i'll just kill you off too." On the other hand Hurrem never in her life did that.

There is a difference, Hurrem was extreme but when Suleyman exiled er several times or gave her an order, Hurrem obeyed and never saw one of his children on the throne as long as Suleyman still breathed a little. She was flaunting herself in a petty way, but Suleyman had the last word and she was accepting that. Hurrem was ready to die for Suleyman many, she told him often take my life or respect my love for you Unlike Ibrahim who was too arrogant and thought he was the one who rules the Ottomans state. Ibrahim was put in his place several times by Suleymen because of his behavior. Especially when we saw when he saw himself if Mustafa took the throne.

The minute he told him to stay there in his room, he should've known something was very very off. He wouldn't request that for no reason. Especially when he just got back from campaign

All actors are sooo amazing!!

Suleiman made a promise to Ibrahim that he kept but Ibrahim became full of himself and greed to be more famous than Suleiman. Fate was manifested by Ibrahim and karma was against him...

And vengeance was totally justified. Ibraham thought he was THE MAN after 14 yrs with Sueliman. Obviously, he was dead wrong.

Ibrahim is just so over-confident to himself as he regards being the closest man to sultan over the 14yearsold. He already knew that suleyman has noticed his every single mistakes before these all happening but yet he still under his self-confident thinking that everything is under control. That kind of smiling fake from sultan doesn't mean something for him. How tricky wasn't it?

Does anyone else find the music perfectly creepy. They could have used it in many western horrors but they always do the same screech solo violin

I love how three almost unrelated events from three such far away episodes make Suleiman reach his final decision here.

Final meal on earth...Suleiman remembers how their relationship started...but Ibrahim Pargali deceived Suleiman

Suleiman would have felt his body like lead...sad evening for Suleiman...

You can see at 7:48 as Ibrahim is getting up to see , suleiman was watching him go out contemplating his final decision and all Ibrahim about to knock and go out!!! Suleiman is sitting there reminiscing every thing he heard about Ibrahim and also he time with him and their promise they made each other and of course the last bit of sour taste of betrayal which and answered his death sentence. So right before Ibrahim got a last second to knock , sultan Suleiman concealed Ibrahim death. Little did Ibrahim know what was really going on, but also may be a thing that his pride always got the best of him. And it bother me through the series that HURREM is solely blamed for Ibrahim , like she was the last straw that broke the camel back. But this whole situation was without hurrem or hurrem knowing anything about it or truly having the last say so.

Suleiman was so so careful to leave his legacy in tact after the execution. Hurrem looked so guilty during the last supper of cause Hurrem unaware of Suleiman's secret plan...

I think that for a moment had scared Hurrem, because no matter how Hurrem and Ibrahim both compete to show who can manipulate Suleyman the most, but in the end Suleyman is a man of his own mind. Suleyman turns out not to be a puppet entirely.

At 5: sultan’s eyes changed its expression which was noticed by hurrem astonishingly!

There performance are brilliant , truly amazing actors , the eyes and smile of Sultan Sulaiman speaks a thousand words. What a magnificent❤❤❤

I'm puzzled as Suleiman could have some of that elixir to sleep like the one he gave Hürrem to test her and thought she was given poison to drink

In moove Thay mised more dramatike separation, Sulejman ask Ibrahim to play couple of favorite song on violin .deep in ninth.. history clear that(why is not on moove i don't know???😢

He wasn't just an Aga, he was the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire, the right hand of Syleiman. Ibrahim Pasha was also a Pasha, governor of Anatolia, he was a Beylerbey, master of the privy chamber of Syleiman, his falconer, his brother, comrade, helpmate and finally his serasker (he was the one who was in charge and he commanded the whole army of the Empire). He was a very important person. But Syleiman was so stupid and he killed him, because of his own jealousy, because he thought that Ibrahim Pasha had betrayed him and the Empire itself. Behind Ibrahim's execution was Hurrem and Rustem, who have slandered Ibrahim Pasha and Prince Mustafa (17 years after Ibrahim's execution), in order to make Syleiman execute them. These deaths were caused by Hurrem's and Rustem's manoeuvring and because of Syleiman's stupidity, arrogance, greed and self-egoism.

He called himself the lion tamer, he hung an innocent man in Ramadam the year before, supposedly that's when he decided Ibrahim was too ambitious.He was always taking the side of Mustafa and Mahidevran , and he deceived Sulieman a few times, he insulted Sulieman 's dignity and authority.

Warning to Hurrem ....but she did not get it and was worked up that Ibrahim was back in favour with Suleyman . She was UNEASY and feigned an excuse but reaaaaly it was to evince that you could be the closest but you surpass that boundary you will be decimated. Suleyman's sense but he lost his closest ally and from thence it began the keeling of his reign....

Ibrahim has the change to go buy he remained faithful to suleiman Fault of Ibrahim is that he likes to be like a sultan (not to dethrone the sultan)

Οf course she was needed. SHe is his wife. He wanted to have meal with his two favorite people. I believe there's a deeper meaning: he knew the rivalry between his wife and Ibrahim so that way maybe he wanted to tell hurrem that she's the most important person in his life as Ibrahim will be killed in few minutes, that now she's the only person he can relate to.
