In our Language (Filipino/Tagalog), there's a term called "Sakuna", which translates to "Calamity" or "Disaster". Watching him unleash his Malevolent Shrine and Flame Arrows against Mahoraga while having complete disregard of human life and collateral damage it would bring on Shibuya, all the while this theme is playing in the background, reminds me of that word, and how it perfectly fits the King of Curses Himself: *A Walking Disaster*

This OST easily hits the hardest in the whole season. It really shows what it means for a legendary being worshipped as the undisputed King of Curses to emerge into our world. This whole episode was just to show how fucked humanity is if Ryomen Sukuna ever fully reincarnates into the modern world

this anime made me realize that great things requires a greater sacrifice.

Mahoraga addapting To Sukuna Cleave's Slashes makes Me Smile This Mf called a Divine General For a Reason just Imagine if mahoraga had a bit more time for regenating before addapting to sukuna's Domaine which is hard to addapt to the first time i would say sukuna would have a big problem to deal with

Sukuna theme is getting better better

Sukuna only took 3 episodes to flex his power and prove that he’s the goat. Something that Lucifero from black clover failed miserably.

When this OST kicked in I literally cried real tears. I’ve never seen a villain in anime actually make me feel something, except for maybe All For One when he first appeared in MHA season 4. And i don’t even like mha lmaoo. Either way Sukuna has to be one of the coolest written villains of all time man

This is the best cover of the ost from this episode and believe me, I spent hours looking for one that beats it and none comes close. I just beg you, make an extended version that increases the beginning of the song a little, that is, creates suspense so that the chorus has even more impact and is even more similar to the original. The amount of goosebumps I get at 0:53 literally makes me tear up. It is just such a human emotion I can't explain it.

The fact this fight was only 30% completed by the animaters just makes yu think how much better this stuff could have been

İ really love both but tengen vs gyutaro is another level in my heart
