In the manga the fight between the two is quite short, but in the anime they make it really full of dedication and creativity. with many complaints from animators regarding short time and poor schedules, they were still able to give their best. @@terrormilk384 high quality equals low quantity, but they work themselves to the bone to give both, at some point more people working on it would just make it worse since everyone would need to be on the same page. some simple math, times every second of the episode by 24(24FPS), and that at the minimum is how many things were needing to be carefully made to be fluid, it would be like 24 high-quality manga panels every second.

@@terrormilk384 Animators barely meet the schedule and often times they finish an episode hours before it's airing time in Japan. The animators are working so much that they can't even see their families (apparently there was also someone who couldn't get a haircut because of the workload) and they've been doing this to save money as well since they get paid every week, so if they pump out an episode within a week then they only have to get paid for that week. Basically saying, working on an episode for 3 weeks to get impressive results or working on an episode for a week for the same result. So yeah that's basically it.

Sukuna used"domain expansion budget to the maximum🔥🗿" i have no words to describe this chapter in my opinion the best episode of s2 so far :D

Realistically the damage would have been much less. The only reason everything got destroyed this episode was because sukuna was keeping up with mahoraga. Against anyone else the fight would have been much shorter and there'd be much less damage

I just love how a boring and short fight was turned into one of the best battles in whole jjk. Big respect for the animators

First off great amv. Second i love we see mahoraga adapting and evolving in this fight. In the manga it was mainly him adapting to counter Sukuna's attacks and become more immune to them. Here we see his physical body changes in all kinds of ways to counter and fight Sukuna like griwing gisnt sized.

Pero de verdad, Mappa necesita darles meses de descanso. Deberían hacer la Hollywood, preparar los episodios meses o incluso un año antes y después irlos publicando semanalmente. Si hicieron este trabajo en una semana, imagínate en meses. Los animadores necesitan descansar.

The people who are saying that S2 fights have bad animation are apparently blind , the fights in season 1 were static af , they were doing mostly martial arts, with sometimes a curse technique , here the fights are fast paced, Huge scaled. if someone thinks that they can animate this particular fight, Sukuna vs Mahoraga like the one from S1 - Yuji + nanami vs Mahito let's say, then you are delusional. The fight can only get better if they have more time to animate it. period . So whatever studio you bring and give them the same amount of time to animate , it wont get better than this.

Not really Mahoraga was only that destructive because it fought Sukuna. If Mahoraga kills the target it was summoned for it goes away. Megumi basically out here spamming Destiny Bond when he knows he can't win.

JJk actually is not really that good as you think. The problem of this anime is really poor explaining of the universe. There are a lot of strange characters that do not have any impact on the story. We don't understand powers. We do not know how things works. Main character actually suck from the beginning and is really boring.

For me it highlited the strenght of Mahogara and the potential of megumi more than Sukuna. Because we already knew that Sukuna was the strongest. But Mahoraga was a suprise. Sukuna was literally struggling with him and needed to make maybe one of his most powerful attack in his domain. I mean that shows how strong Mahoraga is

Sukuna shows his love to the people that fight him. By letting them go all out and exhaust their kit before he kills them. No one has ever come close to making sukuna go all out. And as for 1 finger sukuna back in season 1 saying that maharaga might have beaten him. That 1 finger could’ve been 3% of his full power. Each finger holds a random amount of cursed energy but each makes him exponentially stronger. That’s why jogo said I should be able to hit sukuna once. If I’m about 8 or 9 fingers worth of strength. Basically everyone that fights sukuna underestimates him. Sukuna lets himself be hit to show his opponent love.

If Sukuna is this strong then Itadori needs to die ASAP.

Well mahoraga doesn't belongs to anyone in history sukuna was the only one who able to defeat mahoraga besides that it was suicide if you summon mahoraga.

I have a theory. It seems that Mahoraga and Sukuna have a similar aspect - both illustrate adaptation to circumstances. Mahoraga is all about physical and direct evolution&response, meanwhile Sukuna is more about "learning, taking and using" (veni,vidi,vici) approach. However, the difference is that Mahoraga is a being made to eventually win, Sukuna is more about "everything": disecting, frying, etc - even hunger for more power. That's why Sukuna likes Mahoraga, because the whole thing shows what true Jujutsu should be - formless.

Well sukuna's technique and mahoraga's technique are work Same way. Only things sukuna can't do was adapt others technique which mahoraga showed him. That's why he chooses mahoraga to find how he's adaption works.
