My uncle came to Canada on student visa in 1957 to UBC Engineering from Punjab’s Abohar area. Married Raj Harry’s massi ji in Vancouver . That family had come to Canada in the 1920s

Madam hari really looks like old English lady.We are lucky to have experienced person like her.congratulations to intrrviewer for such nice and informative interview.

Thats my grandmother and we call her Nani. Shes a very resilient and sharp whited women.

Very good interview. Aunty ji keeps very good qualities. One cannot help oneself to adopt these qualities. Almost every religion teaches to lead good, honest life and helping needy. Thanks

I’m from UP and have lot of friends from Punjab. One of my Punjabi friend told me that this elderly lady sound like belong to Malwa region of Punjab ( Ludhiana, Moga , Barnala and Sangrur districts)

Her native village is Patto Hira Singh distt. Moga and her in-laws are from village Ranike distt, Sangrur

ਵਧੀਆ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਬੀਬੀ ਦੀ ਸੇਹਤ ਬੋਲਬਾਣੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ । ਏਨੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿਚ ਯਾਦਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਔਖਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਹੈ । ਵਧੀਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਫੋਟੋਆਂ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ।
