this Indian dessert is very tasty and also hugely popular. It's perfect to make when time is short Ladoos are popular Indian sweet dish anytime Rava ladoo or rava laddu is a popular Indian sweet which is prepared from semolina (rava), ghee, little milk, sugar, dry fruits and cardamom.

Ingredients
1 pinch Cardamom
10 number Cashew nuts
1 cup Coconut crapped
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup milk optional
10 number rasins
1 cup Semolina (Suji/Rava)
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Take a pan add Ghee then add all dry fruits let they change the colour little bit.
Now add grated coconut fresh then add semolina and saute them in very low flame till it changes into brown colour.
. Add Sugar and keep mixing in very low flame for 3 min then switch of the flame and add milk to it keep mixing.
Lastly add Cardamom powder mix well and transfer it to a plate.
Take that laddu mixture into your hand and make small dumplings and let it dry for 2hrs.your laddus are ready

Great recipe! It took me a while to find the name of this dessert based on the ingredients I could identify from my first temple service. Our was loose in a bowl though. Either way, I want to try making this soon. Van is the Man! You have everything. :)

@Snoo1809 it is clarified butter, or butter that has been simmered so that it no longer has any moisture. ghee can be stored at room temperature and wont get spoiled.
