- In rainy season, give 30 minutes of rest to puri after rolling & than fry.Use suji and Maida as per video, -सूजी के साथ माप दिया है उसके हिसाब से मैदा ही यूज़ करना है दोस्तो.... बारिस की सीज़न में अगर आप पूरी बनाते हो तो बेलने के बाद 25 से 30 मिनट का रेस्ट दे दीजिए फिर फ्राई करें..क्योंकि बारिस के दिनों में हवा में नमी ज्यादा होती है इसी लिए ऊपर की परत को हलका सा ड्राय होने में समय थोड़ा ज्यादा लगता है.. बाकी के दिनों में 12 मिनट काफी है. 1/2 (half cup) cup suzi is 90 gram 2 tabal spoon maida is 20 gram Water 1/4 ( pau cup) 60 ml
