It wouldn't have worked. When Jessica left things started to fall apart. Harvey and Mike are not leaders. They're elite soldiers. They work best when they're in the fray. At least one Name Partner has to operate behind the scenes. That means either Harvey or Mike would have rarely intervene and let the team do most of the work. Neither of them are cut out for this. The best situation would be Pearson Specter Ross with Jessica as Managing Partner. Or Zane Specter Ross with Robert as Managing Partner.

BUt he didn't get anything out of her though. All he did was assume, and dig into feelings. If there is no proof, there is no stance. Too bad the jury are just volunteer, and usually follow their sentiments.

You do know its just a show right? In an actual trial Louis examination would have gone as follows: Objection Hearsay - Sustained, Objection Testifying - Sustained, Objection Leading - Sustained. This would have looped around 20 times until you would hear, Objection Move to Strike - Sustained and the examination is over. Its a show and it must create drama but in reality all Louis did was assume things, shown zero evidence and got himself in a position where Samantha could counter suit for slander. Manipulation of a jury's emotions isn't how practicing law works. Any real life judge would have striked the entire examination and ordered the jury to disregard sentiment created by the attorney.

Everything about this show is just great. Especially the soundtrack, their appropriate attire, maturity, speech and script. Its just the best.

I think what's most appreciable here is that you can clearly see how these past 9 years have affected Louis. He lost nothing of his sassiness but he's so much more tempered. It's like a shonen caracter knowing he has a tremendous power but we reach the end of the story wherr the caracter learnt to perfectly controle and dose this raw brutal power. This Louis can't be taken in a court of law even by lawyers like Mike or Harvey.

This whole season was amazing IMO. Everything every episode I felt like just paid homage to the previous seasons before this one. So nostalgic.

Mike trusted them constantly. And they broke faith every single time. First when Samantha fabricated evidence and then this. I didn't like it. I felt like Mike needed a win for being as good as he was. Mike could've played dirty if he wanted to.

Not quite. They had to fight each other because the bar association put Faye in charge because of the 3 strikes against the firm (Pearson disbarred, zane disbarred, mike being a fraud) They wanted her gone but had to play it by the book when Samantha decided to sue and hired mike as her lawyer. If it looked like they were going easy or trying to let Samantha win then Faye would have shut the firm down.

He's not. One of them had to crack her on the stand, and Louis opted for it (considering Harvey was already going through some grieving and mourning).

After seeing the lawyers in Jonny Amber Triel this show isn't intresting for me.
