Their symbiosity together is so very, very lovely, so natural, intuitive.
Profiter de votre musique aujourd'hui. Hope 2023 is safe, healthy and prosperous for you.
Memorising a 'part' as opposed to a full solo piece must take immense dedication. What a superb duo.
Beautiful
J'ai apprécié beaucoup cette performance. Un merveilleux mélange de technique superior avec musicalité et passion.
My favourite suite by WL. Super performance!!!
Perfect. Thank you
Beautiful performance of this gorgeous suite!
Superbe, j'adore et plus.

merci !
A beautiful piece, one of my favourite duets for the guitar. I have listened many times to this rendition, and each time I cannot but think it is played too fast. It seems rushed. And with that, some of the beauty is lost.
Très, très joli ! Beautifully played, and well-recorded to boot !
Je connaissais la version Bream Williams mais la vôtre est tout aussi belle. 👏
One of the finest guitar duos ever written, yet the composer is today all but forgotten. Lawes can be said to be a victim of history. The favorite composer of Charles I of England - the one who was beheaded - and a devout royalist, he joined Charles' army and was killed at an early age at the Siege of Chester in 1642.

Composers and music historians of subsequent generations tended to write him off because his themes were often too adventurous for their taste, interestingly. Sad in a way, but it's great that he has become more popular in recent years.

The constipation of British creative life that followed under the puritans forever damaged British creativity in the arts. - recovering only in the 20th century.

Totally agree with you. His viol suites are amazingly beautiful also...
Très propre, belle musicalité J’ai beaucoup apprécié le 1er mvt, Le 3ème je le préfère beaucoup moins vite. Bravo 👏
A really lovely performance. However, I feel that the speed detracts from some of the loveliness of the piece, especially in the Alman. A personal preference. But Bravo!! Lovely.
I don't know if this is because I am English myself, but out of all classical music across Europe English classical music seems to have a unique character compared to the German, French, and Italian. There seems to be a sincerity and emotional openness in English classical music that differs in someways from its continental cousins, it seems to wear its heart on its sleeve and seems to lack a sense of pretension whilst still being able to claim complexity, refinement
Lovely. How would it sound with men playing?
