I mean, I get why Miko does it. I also like to sleep while listening to an audiobook of some horror story. I lost count of how many times I feel asleep to "Dagon" by Lovecraft...

Yeah but cosmic horror is different. All those snobby adjectives he uses. Like "batrachian", "lugubrious", "baleful","antedeluvian". It's basically more atmospheric,moody and spooky. Rather than disturbing. Thomas Ligotti is a pretty interesting modern equivalent to Lovecraft. Very dreamlike. And very moody. But not straight up disturbing.

If Suisei made a sheep counting asmr, she would end it with and now I'll kill you.

I mean, I fell asleep once watching a wendigoon video on some serial killer iceberg, so I guess I don't have a place to judge
