Suing His Super Mom

Ойын-сауық

The plaintiff brings his mother to court. He says his mom raised him and his seven siblings well, while his father was an alcoholic. He claims the defendant got a car and registered it in his name without his permission, and she got tickets and his license got suspended. He’s suing for emotional distress and the cost of getting a boot removed. The defendant admits she put the car in her son’s name but says she did it with her son’s permission.

You can tell he really didn’t want to sue her but you can also tell she wouldn’t have paid unless forced to do so. He seems like a great son and upstanding young man I can see how getting pulled over and jailed would be traumatic especially for someone who doesn’t get in trouble.

He's genuinely a good guy. He knew his mother raised them alone. And wasn't harsh towards her. He really loves and appreciate what she did. I respect the mother to a point. Yeah you raised them. But why would you not pay the tickets off and let your loser boyfriends rack up tickets under your son's name. Respect for raising them. But the hell with you for letting your boyfriend also carelessly get tickets that got your son pulled over. Especially knowing how young black men are treated by the police.
