Yeah. The uploader didn’t care to think that the whole point of watching these endings is to read what’s going on. Pausing every time is cumbersome.

I finished playing this game and I cried at the end. It left me with a sad but happy feeling especially the perfect ending.

I like how they bring some songs from suikoden 1 😊

this is the first time I saw the very bad ending(escaping the undead). Decisions leading to the very bad ending were very shameful, people died and lost many villages.

My favorite game! I've played this game and seen those endings. Also, I saw Nanami's fate either survived or died from the struck of an arrow. Looking forward for remastered version. 😊 Thanks for uploading!

the music, the scenes, the gameplay. brings back good memories. i have an amazing childhood

I just finished a blind/casual playthrough of this, and got the Normal ending as I imagine most people do. I would have never imagined that you could actually run away from your problems! lol

I get Normal Ending when I finished the game, thanks for upload, I didn't know there are other 3 endings

I love this game's/series' themes; the first ending is interesting in that it directly defies fate, something that few True Rune holders manage to do. And I have to praise the thematic differences between the Normal ending and the Perfect ending; in Normal, the status quo essentially returns, the nations properly militarize, and things go back to the way they're 'supposed' to be - in Perfect, the message is more: The trauma of war may demand a new beginning, and in an entirely untrodden direction. At least, that's how I see it.

I guess you are right. In reality if u are given an opportunities to choose between become a King or commoner, 99% choose the normal ending one ( be a King) rather than the perfect ending ( be a commoner)🤣. So in reality the normal ending become the perfect life😁

@@agusludin7947 not 99%. many people find passion in other things in life other than the power loop(like the trio in the game) but the number wouldnt be small either.

Already played this game when I was in middle school with walkthrough of course. Now I'm 27 years old. Now I know how sad how sad the perfect ending is.. Of course i can play the game with emulator, but... not with the memories.. Thank You so much for the upload, bring back good memories..

Wow, what a journey through all the endings of Suikoden 2! It's fascinating to see the different outcomes based on choices made throughout the game.

I remember when playing this and then the game gave me a choice to run away... just for fun I tried to explore the option, thinking the game would probably just force me back to the actual plot.. ...when I realized that the game was serious I reloaded my save file lol

although i cannot get the perfect ending but seeing this video makes my heart contempt. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏😭

Maaaan this game, final fantasy tactics and StarOcean 2 hold a very dear place in my heart! I grew up playing those games for hours on end!

theres an ending with nanami dead wherein riou cries after killing jowey and i cant find it anywhere

I’ve never did the very bad ending. It’s more like a very sad ending. I could never do that to my character. It was tough to watch.

Strange. I feel killing Jowy is the best ending for me. If Nanami live even after I kill Jowy that would be perfect ending. LOL

After Incident as Matilda (not 108 star, dont know best ending method). I tried check every tombs. Thinking the tomb zone may be using for story now. But not found Nanami Name. then after Kyaro path open. I check Genkaku house again. Still not found her tomb. I wonder where is her tomb. Don't see the tomb, I don't believe she 's dead.

I save the game and then go on ending 01 (the sad ending) and then re-load again to the saving point then play with another good ending !

14:17 I remembered that there's an epic background music in this scene ( JP version ). But, it being removed in EN version for an unknown reason.

Not removed per see. The EN version suffers from quite a few bugs, including some that prevent music from playing in several key occasions. The PAL version doesn't have this issue.

The silence makes it better IMO. The fight feels much more somber and sad.

I chose the first ending. The game went on for too long.

@@thebenqisme A bit late, but while I am not sure if you can still proceed with the Perfect Ending, if you decide to return after running away, Ridley will be replaced by his son Boris.

yes you can. I did it over and over again. and get the perfect ending. I did it because I thought, George would join if Riou ran away from the undead. I was wrong, apparently that wasn't a requirement to recruit George.

I remember getting normal ending after getting super bad ending. I play this game without knowing any english back then. and its really painful to see shu slapping my character.

KONAMI was the shit, they went on making MetalGear and more, but then...they went into medicine............

good question,the game does not specify what happened to her or his brother,it is only said that his father fled for fear of retaliation,perhaps he took his wife and youngest child with him
