I think all of us preferred Enchantress over Dr Moone, her acting was spot on as Enchantress but awkward as Dr Moone.

That's because she's a model; she's good at body language, and the makeup and CGI help mask her actual acting enough for it to look good. But she's shit at delivering actual dialogue, always has been.

I do have to agree. There were many flaws, but Enchantress....good lord, she was NOT one of them. On the contrary....she was the one character I'd actually love to know more about, or to see some kind of higher level interaction with the Olympian Gods, Darkseid, etc.

I also have a few other thoughts: Enchantress and Incabus. I really wish we could later learn more about both the Enchantress and her brother, because they clearly we are not only magical creatures, but more towards the gods from Central American mythology. It would be very intresting to know how they came to power, and how the people clearly we finally caught them. (Very exciting movie if you ask me.) Especially since Enchantress and Incabus obviously borrows features from both legends of Avatars and Djinns / Genies, which can devour people and will be banned inside a small prison like a statue or lamp. The heart that is torn out of them, is also a clue against human sacrifices in South America. (Would dying to know more about their history.) PS: I found the art of Christian Lorenz Scheurer with his ideas for the film. I'd love to be able to teleport. It saves me having to walk all the way to somewhere. Let's imagine how people could teleport. They get this app called iTelePorT on their phone, they say, "iTelePorT, take me to..." wherever, and then you're there and no one will know.

Enchantress is defiantly one of my favorites. Even though this movie was mainly about the squad I feel like they should have used more enchantress. there's still so much to her and this movie only scratched the service. they did that with all the characters actually

Sorry... :( Just an odd way to convey their dynamic. In the comics, The Incubus was actually her enemy....so this movie path for him is kinda....a 180?

It is fortunate that such entities are not in our realm. If such did I fear that those in power would go full on feudal using them for their own ends, eventually turning the planet into a lifeless boulder.

I love this movie so much, but the only thing I wasn't convinced on, was the romantic relationship between Rick Flag and June Moon. He looks nearly old enough to be her father lol. I'd have been more convinced if they had said he was her older brother, and he was trying to save his kid sister.

I get kind of an 'offspring of the Outer/Elder/Other gods from Lovecraft kind of vibe. That man's horror themes have run through so many threads of movies and books and comics. Even Marvel had a huge cosmic event series where the "cancerverse" broke through into this reality, and it was populated by undying beings that just grew and grew, looking exactly like H.P. Lovecraft described them in his works....tentacles, eyes, multiple mouths, etc. It took the most powerful entities from all universes combined to stem their tide, and after a few smaller level events, the rift was finally sealed. Even the original Quake 1 back in 1996 has Shub-Niggurath as the final villain/boss, which is a child of one of the Elder gods. The Enchantress, being mostly 'human', might have been the offspring attempt of one such Elder or Outer god, in their attempt to infiltrate and re-subjugate our kind. Just a thought..........

This movie is/was/forever will be dog shit. Watch Assualt on arkham THAT was a better film that they could have redid as a live action. This movie has more holes in it than swiss cheese
