Videotape cameras were made as such that they were smaller with smaller tapes for recording. Not just the large VHS and Betamax formats during the 90s and it was cutting edge technology back then to boot Combine that with the fact that Freaknik party scene was going on in tbe South and that other parties and after parties were going on and the groupies were extreme level... for example JLo was really a dancer for the TV show In Living Color by the NEAR mid 90s. Iirc In Living Color was mainly centered around NYC hence a large number of NYC people in tbe show and by relation these people will know people who are into the other parties going on so JLo could have been doing whatever as a fine af chick way before her first music album and no one would know it or it would be really hard to talk about it cause she wasn't well known until her second album iirc.
