Holy Crap that was rockin'! And I'm in love with the singer now.

Höre seit über vierzig Jahren electric blues. Bin wirklich sehr, sehr verwöhnt: Clapton, Winter, Vaughan. Dachte, es gäbe da keine Steigerung mehr. Die Sängerin, der Gitarrist und der Mann an der harpoon sind eine Klasse für sich. Was mich aber wirklich von den Socken haut, ist diese unglaubliche Harmonie: Das ist ein verschmelzender Gesamtsound, der seinesgleichen sucht! Blues muß nicht amerikanisch oder britisch sein! Das ist der köstlichste Leckerbissen, den ich je genossen habe! Unübertroffen! Full stop.

Hallo Michael, zu viel des Lobes. Aber das macht uns schon stolz. Letzendlich sind wir ja auch nur mit den genannten Vorbildern groß geworden und spielen das, was die uns in den Kopf gehämmert haben. Aber ja - wir sind schon seit über 30 Jahren zusammen und verstehen uns musikalisch blind. Also vielen Dank für deinen tollen Kommentar.

Never heard of this band 'til now. Started watching/listening, promising start then a guy walks on with a harmonica and I thought "This could be good. It was way better than just good. Gonna check out some more.

Mehr davon. Unser Bassist aber auch der Drummer sind schon ein wenig traurig, dass kaum mal einer sagt, wie gut sie spielen. Andererseits werden wir es bei zu viel Lob kaum noch mit den beiden aushalten können. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I enjoyed this. Good song, good band and a good singer. Well done.

Thanx a lot. Some people say, it sounds a little bit like Status Quo - but I think, there’s always a lot of Foolhouse in this song. However - as the guitar player I love to play this way. 😎🎸

Thanx for your comment. You are Right - ist is only a Standard. But every Time we play it live we have a lot of fun with our audience. And you can see and hear: we play this song with all our heart and soul.

But it would have been nice as well if you'd mentioned the original performer of this "Standard": Lesly Johnson, better known (if someone still knows him) as Lazy Lester - featured together with (among others) Otis Hicks a.k.a. Lightning Slim and James Moore a.k.a. Slim Harpo (the originator of "I'm a King Bee") on "Excello Records".
