Well said. I am in that zone right now. Lacking self confidence to move to the next level in my profession. Negative self talk, comparing myself to others already in this next level, comfort zone issues and staying in my lane and not challenging myself for fear of failure are my biggest roadblocks.

Love this. Great pointers, as someone who has struggled with low confidence i think the challenging negative self-talk point is the one which rings true with me. I have no confidence, only clarity. Knowledge means you have fixed ideas which change with time. Every complex (inferiority, superiority, etc) is a problem.
