Yes, but M.lle Fish has tweaked the text at various points. Hold the original open and you will find some very interesting changes in language. Still the power of the original idea does come through, and her singing voice is a splendid instrument.

This is also on her CD "Lock and Load" a very good CD

Damn this is more relevent than ever, really make you miss the days when our worsted problems were a orange man whose 'worsted' trait was sending out 'mean' tweets.

By the way, you want "bear" not "bare". Bare means unclothed. Bear can mean the animal, but it also means to carry or hold something (as in "the right to bear arms".

Sadly, it's as if this song were written specifically for Hong Kong in 2020 under Xi Jinping's despotism. I'm afraid it will apply again and again unless free people band together.
