Main machine features:
(1) Special machine technology accurately corrects the "crescent bend" or "banana bend" of the board, allowing high-end customized edge banding to reach the ultimate process standard, reducing the production pressure and cost of high-end panel furniture companies.
(2) Independent dual heads and dual tools simultaneously fine-tune the long edges of the board. On average, each large board (2400*580mm) can be fine-tune in 35 seconds, and about 200-300 square cabinets (projected area) can be fine-tune every day.
(3) Three board-carrying strips, two of which are automatically adjusted according to the board width. The narrowest width size of the board for automatic feeding is 300mm, and the shortest length size of the automatic feeding is 450mm. The minimum board size for manual feeding is 240mm*120mm.
(4) Supports software formats such as xml and mpr. If the factory has a six-sided drill, there is no need to connect to the software separately. The six-sided drill file can be directly used for identification. One-click code scanning automatically reads the length and width, which is quick and convenient.
(5) There are 12 movable adsorption blocks in total, all driven by absolute servo motors to adapt to various panel lengths. There are also 3 fixed adsorption blocks and 4 manually movable adsorption blocks.
