56 year old BTS ARMY Here. I'm OT7, but I do have a bias line. RM, J-Hope, Suga, and Jimin. BTS are a group of 3 Rappers and 4 vocalists, although they can all rap, dance, and sing. You are almost right about RM's name - Rap Monster was his name when they first debuted. All the members have traits that I admire and that make them stand out. So any of them can bias wreck me at any time. These guys are very talented and their lyrics are deep and meaningful. By the way, ARMY's do love the live performances over any recorded songs. I suggest you react to an introduction video to get to know them individually. I will link a very well done intro. put together by a very talented ARMY that is skilled at video editing. It's a great representation of BTS and their journey, and you can get to know each member and their talents and personalities. That will definitely help you to identify them. Thanks A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 - kzread.info/dash/bejne/mqmKwduClNvAgLw.html

BTS discography is huge and cuts across genres. They are heavily involved in composing, writing, producing many of their songs. If you’d like to get a feel for it, perhaps try watching their medley performance, like BTS Room Live Festa 2021 from Bangtantv (turn CC caption on). It will display song title on the left side and album title on the right side. In the beginning, you will see from left to right RM (r: rap line), Jin (v: vocal line), Jimin (v), Jhope (r), V (v), Jungkook (v), and Suga (r), so total of 3 rappers and 4 singers. There’s not much dancing in this video, but you get to see their chemistry and a glimpse of their personalities. Another chill one would be BTS Tiny Desk Concert from NPR (turn cc caption on too); in this video left to right are Jhope (r), Suga (r), Jungkook (v), V (v), Jin (v), RM (r), and Jimin (v).

Personally I absolutely love this song and I feel it is a little underrated. This song is influenced by one of the members Suga who talked about having big dreams is nice but it is okay not to have them. Being happy is the most important. Sometimes just make small little goals throughout your day like making your bed is best. The world teaches that you should have big dreams and aspirations but doesn’t teach about doing stuff and creating just small goals to make you happy. Don’t get me wrong if people have big dreams that is totally okay, but for me I don’t really have any big dream. My “big dream” is to do stuff that makes me happy and accomplishing small goals that I want to set and that is completely okay… BTS always try and put at least one song that talks about social issues and for this album, I believe, Paradise is it. Idk this song is amazing to me and holds a special place in my heart.

Some tips! • When doing lyric videos you don't really need the subtitles on, because there are translations already in the video, so you can just turn them off. • When you're reacting to something in which the focus is music, try to comment on the song itself and the lyrics, if it's a lyric video, or the song and the video, if it's a music video! That way, when you pause, you're giving your thoughts on what you just watched, then leave other comments for the opening or ending of your video, like the "which member is your favorite?", that way people feel you're engaged in what you're watching. If you don't have much musical knowledge that's ok, you can comment or how your feel overall about the song instead of saying technical stuff. • If you have a lamp or a light ring, it would be better to use it so it can illuminate your face better for the video. I see that you use a white wall as the background, usually dark backgrounds are better, specially with the light ring, because it makes you stand out more. • Lower and place your camera just a bit further away from you, so it can capture you chest up, not neck up. • Every company behaves differently with copyright. BTS' doesn't take down videos, only copyright claim. If you pause 2-4 times I think it's enough. But you can watch other reactions to the videos you already did to see how other creators do it. • If you want any recommendations you can ask! Hope it helps 🙏

This is fantastic feedback, thank you so much. Yeah, I definitely need to work on my setup. I use 2 small ring lights, but the natural light coming from the window behind me, completely flushes it out. I'll work on dampening that light some, and move the camera back some. I'm also going to cool it on the pausing.

Sorry for three comments but I just didn’t want to write one ginormous comment. Lol BTS is a group of seven members. 4 vocalists (Jimin, V, Jin, and JK) and 3 rappers (RM, Suga, and Jhope). They started more as a hip pop group but has grown to do all sorts of genres and mix genres. BTS write and produce their own music. Along side their in-house producers. The three rappers (RM, Suga, and Jhope) write the most but slowly the other members have been getting more involved with music. Everything BTS puts out is run by them beforehand. BTS write about a lot of important topics such as; mental health, bullying, social problems, regret, follow your dreams, hardwork, self love, etc. BTS came from a small company that almost went bankrupt. They all shared a bedroom at one point. However through their hardwork, talent, and with ARMY they where able to get to where they are today. BTS are very sweet, kind, love ARMY, and humble…BTS are still the same BTS was they where when they where kids. That is a huge reason why we love them besides their talent of course. If you are interested in getting to know BTS more I recommend these videos: -Who is BTS Introduction to BTS by xceleste (get to know BTS as a group and what they stand for) -Guide to the Bangtan 7 by Taylor Nakamoto (get to know each of the members roles in the group, a little of their personalities and their relationship with the other members) -BTS Crash Course 2020 by Suga and Spice (a little out of date but highly recommended-get a summary of what their albums are about and their definition is guess of “kpop”) Anyways thank you again for reacting!!! P.S. I relate to Jin, Suga, and Jhope the most but I love them all. I consider myself OT7

RM was originally called Rap Monster. He now goes by RM. His real name is Kim NamJoon (family name comes first in Korea). Suga is also known as Agust D when he is putting out his own music, separate from BTS. Suga's name comes from his basketball position--SHOOting GUArd. The third rapper is J-Hope. I think you said the members' names correctly--little hard to hear with the song playing. Copyright...It used to be for BTS videos, a reactor had to show the whole video, including the BigHit intro. Also, pausing and giving commentary--saying out loud what is going through your mind. However, the past few months, reactors have sometimes been dinged, while another reactor uploading the same song has no problems. Lyric videos are not officially BTS videos. Also, some are notorious for mistranslations and mistaking who is singing/rapping.
