May you explain, on Immunity issues: Article 27(1) (2) of Rome statute, is in conflict with , Article,98 (1) (2) of Rome statute. Article 98 is on going, and suggests that there is Immunity if you read carefully. Without prejudice, allow people to participate, and don't shut them down, if they can clarify their claim with evidence.
