Yeah, that contrast is priceless.

This is definitley a stand out song and it is top 3 contender for representing Norway in Eurovision definitley. And also, if Little Big could be huge favorites with the equally silly "Uno" then why not this? And even if it doesnt win MGP the song will be forever still included on every playlist at future EuroClubs anyway. It's the "Bombo" and "Laika" of 2022 😁

@Sir Stevia for me it was strong on paper, on the actual live show semi 2 was stronger but I get your point. I'm not a hater, I love his message and his a great guy but that song ugh.....but still I think juries would put Subwolfer in the last places

Subwoolfer must win

The official music video reminds me so much of ,,The Masked Singer" when you have to take care of the given hints. In this case, they are placed very obvious. I ❤ the costumes and the Song ^^

For most people watcing mgp and esc the lyrics are not all that important. I think the lyrics in english is most important for you native GB citizens. And I think most of those who do recognize the lyrics will think this is fun. The whole concept would not be the same, have the same impact, with more serious lyrics. So cheer up Deban.

It's my winner so far

This is a "joke entry" that makes me laugh. That's RARE. Most "joke entries" are nothing more than three minutes of absolute cringe. "Keith" and "Jim" may be faceless characters, but so were the members of Lordi. Humor can be tricky, but it worked for Verka. It all comes down to the song. This isn't a song that can be done in a weekend. I think this song has all the necessary elements to succeed. It is witty, yet polished. It is memorable and catchy. Moreover, it comes with a choreo so easy that even my grandma can dance to it.

OMG Deban and Pinterest is killing me. LOL. Love you boo! As for the song, I'm totally agreeing with Deban on this one. The beat and sound are great, but when I listen to the lyrics, it kills it for me.

subwoolfer are my favorite in mgp 2022, i am going to vote for them on febuary 19 :)

This *HAS* to win. It HAS to! It's the only one that stands out in a crowded market of Europop and rock and ordinary singers, with no Eurovisiony songs. This is the only song and act that makes sense for Eurovision. Stood out on my first clip hearing it and stands out now even after 50+ listens. This NEEDS to blow up! Make it win! This will _surely_ give Norway a top 5 victory at Eurovision! With such an interesting choreography, they surely will have to nail the dancing and staging for this song at least?! I don't see it being preformed badly compared to some of the other songs. It will lift everyone up. Hopefully people will catch their drift and start dancing to the song, creating a beautiful moment of unity for everyone.

I'm from Norway and this is the only entry that makes me excited. I feel that, depending on the performance, it would do very well with the audience in Eurovision. Idk about the boring jury, but nevertheless I'd rather send this than the other boring songs we have.

This is from SEmi Final 3 out of 4 semi-finals and has been pre-qualified straight to the final. Also pre-qualified are Elsie Bay from semi final 1, Christian Ingebrigtsen from semi-final 2 and NorthKid from semi-final 4.

Deban you must not be so serious all the time, this song is really happiness on earth after 2 miserable years of shutdown and pandemic .. this is really what we need .. humor, wonderful rhythms and party !!! there is a difference between nonsense and humor .... this is really a song Eurovision needs !!! not all music needs to have deep meanings and seriousness, it should evoke emotions and this melody evokes pure happiness for me!!!! Great point about how this will be live. They will be in the third part final on the 29th, so we will find out then.

I'm a bit worried about how they'll recreate this live. The staging will probably be hit or miss and it will certainly be interesting to see how they handle auto-tune live. Though you're right, if it's actually Ylvis I'm pretty sure they can pull it off

Lets be real if alians saw human music. I think they would make something like this. First they find out about a known story to play on. Then they research humans and what music they like. The combine the hype electric parts and slow parts. And they make sure not to have to many words to not make it hard for themselves. (Since they probably dont speak english.) This is kinda like the AI made song. Blue jeans and bloody tears? Cant remember what it was called. But with less lyrics.

I mean, without the liveshow at least this has got some of the same problems as TrollfesT in my mind. I kind of like both entries, they are pretty catchy, and the concepts and lyrics are really funny to me. But as song structure and such, TrollfesT’s entry almost feels a bit too chaotic for my liking, while this gets a bit boring and falls a bit flat to me. But as William says: The liveshow will make or break this, as well as the TrollfesT entry in my opinion

The lyrics in subwoolfer tell about defeating corona (wolf) with a vaccine (banana) before it kills the elderly (grandma). That’s not too funny... but seriously genius!

I'm sorry I'm with Deban on this one. Whilst their is a catchiness to this song and it is one of the stand outs of mgp, its still a joke entry, albeit a polished joke entry. I feel like Norway have other songs that have potential to do well at Eurovision. The thing is there are some other songs I really like in this selection and I guess the live performances will be the best place to judge them. I do think though personally that Norway has other options that could get very respectable places in Eurovision.

As someone who is from a country where people constantly talk about joke acts and think of the contest as a joke, it's quite frustrating to see people constantly talk negatively of the competition. So to stop that from happening or lessen that, countries should send good quality entries to eurovision because actually the competition isn't about joke acts and it's sad to suggest that it is even if countries have sent entries like that in the past. What it is actually about is countries coming together for a few nights of good music, a good time and to discover new songs that they like and for new artists to listen to like Maneskin or Duncan Laurence.

To me this is a polished jokish entry and I think there's other entries that really could be amazing on stage but I guess we'll see what they're like live :).

I think people go too far or too little with this one. I think its good, the beat is there, it can be a moment, however I don't think this is somehow Eurovision winner potential at all. In all fairness I don't think any from MGP are. On the flip side its by no means terrible.
