I actually made that patty, with a little twist though. Firstly its Veg. So no chicken powder. And didn't even add bread crumbs. However coated the patties with rava and shallow fried it with little oil on teh nonstick on a low flame till it turned crispy. Followed all the ingredients as per your recipe. Outcome was awesome. 🙂

It's chicken flavored powder. You can use chicken cubes instead (use less salt when you use chicken cubes. They already have salt in them).
