Thank you every much! My trailer bought new at UNITEDRV 2 years ago has never worked, it’s been back to their shop 3 times to fix , last time they put in a brand new stove! It does exactly what your does! Each time they said it was fixed, new one exactly the same! I ordered one from your link, it came today, oven has been on 30 minutes and not 1 flutter , still burning!!! Thank you!!!!

Qicvick, your story is exactlty the same as mine!! I bought a brand new OutdoorsRV and the oven would not stay lit, even after many trips to the dealer, finally warranty expired and my extended warranty took over. After my trlr sat at the repair dealers store for six months I took it back so I could camp in the summer. The repair facility called me and told me not to bring it back because they did not want to work on it any more. They were the ones that sold me the extended warranty!! I took it elsewhere the next repair facility had my stove for six months so I finally called the extended warranty people and demanded a new Suburban stove assembly, they sent it and it was installed. IT DOES THE SAME THING AS THE OLD STOVE, AS SOON AS THE PILOT GETS HOT IT SHUTS DOWN. I am still trying to figure out what is going on. I have checked the propane pressure which is 13 inches of water right to the oven burner. Do not know where to go from here.??

Dean Hodges 6/10/2021 Thank you so much! I bought the trailer used, but the oven had never been used, and the trailer used twice. The pilot always lit, but when the temperature for baking was selected, after 5 or 6 minutes, the oven (including pilot light) would shut off. Without paying a dealer to troubleshoot it, no one would help. I watched the video a couple of times and decided it must be the pilot assembly and not the oven control valve as suggested by one dealer. I ordered the part from the link, and completed the entire job in less than 20 minutes. The oven is now working and has been for over 30 minutes with increased oven temperature settings. Thank you !

Great video. I agree with your assessment. The crimp was too much. I used pliers and ever so gently, applied light pressure to make the opening slightly larger. It worked. Oven ran for 15 minutes without shutting off or the pilot light sputtering.

After watching this guy I realized he didn't know what he was doing he didnt look before starting he could.of.just removed the pilot with out removing anythling else just had to un screw pilot not hole thing

When it heats up wouldn't the orifice in the pilot tube EXPAND??

My RV oven does not get beyond 200 degrees, When first lit, the oven flame looks high, but within a couple of minutes the flame is very low no matter what temperature the oven is set to. Any suggestions?

I have a 2020 Keysyone Cougar with Furrion oven and it lights also but won't stay lit. I can here it click off. Stove top works fine. Manufacturer is of no use, warranty is about to expire and they can't get to it for, like, weeks. Suggestions????

Where do I order the one I need? Do they have certain thermocouples? Wedgewood Vision RVOven. 2016 Jayco
