Early in the morning, when the stars were still out, we departed for Senjyojiki Curl.
This was a place I was really looking forward to on my Nagano trip.
From the ropeway, there was a beautiful view, but...
After descending the mountain, we went to eat sweets that I was determined to have.
The autumn sweets, which can only be tasted now, were exquisite.

We are a family of three: husband (Shin), wife (Ayako), and daughter (Yuri), both around 40 years old and our only daughter.
We bought the campervan of our dreams, the Corde Leaves, so that our daughter could have a variety of experiences!
We will enjoy our hobby of outdoor activities, such as camping, staying in the car, mountain climbing, and fishing, while traveling all over Japan.

Her laughter is so sweet. The rain reminded me when I was younger and a bunch of us grandkids would visit our grandmother at her farmhouse; she had a sleep porch with feather beds and all us kids would sleep there. It had a tin roof and when you guys was in the camper listening to that rain brought back up that memory. The desserts looked awesome. Stay safe in your travels.

It warms my heart every time I hear Yuri laugh and especially love the quality time with dad it's precious and hopefully it gives you a little "You" moment, but I don't usually watch families' travel but yours is so comforting and inviting that I just had to subscribe😊. 千畳敷カール残念でしたが、またリベンジされて下さいね。本当に素晴らしい山🏔です。写真では判らない高度感とか山が迫ってくる感じが大迫力。お勧めは７月の梅雨明けぐらいでお花畑と残雪が素晴らしい。ゆうりちゃんが大きくなったら、是非木曽駒ヶ岳に登って上からカールを見下ろしてみて。私は３回も行ってますが、また再訪したくなりました。山の天気は「てんきとくらす」で検索すると山頂の週間天気、気温、風速が判るので調べてみて。ご家族でかけがえのない体験が出来ますように。😽♥

生憎の天候で移動大変だったと思いますが、霧と雨だからこそ見えた駒ケ岳の幻想的な景観でした🏔️「霧と雨で心が洗われた感覚」って表現が印象残りましたね🤗
