SubSoul - Live 001 is the first in a series of SubSoul, Post Dubstep and Future Garage mixes.
This first mix is by Colorbox and features a mix of his favourite SubSoul, Post Dubstep and Future Garage tracks from 2011 along with some exclusive tracks of his own.

i can get behind that. that makes a lot more sense now.
It is basically another term like Post-Dubstep and Future Garage for this kind of generally un-categorized music. Out of the various names floating around, SubSoul seemed to us the most fitting and least time restricted (music can't be post/future forever) name for the soulful bass music sound. Hope this helps! :)

How do you keep track of this "genre"/type of music , because I really like this music but i have no idea where to find It besides this channel..
i noticed that subsoul was included in the genre lists along with post dubstep and post garage. is it its own genre or does it get grouped together with the other mentioned genres? i've never really heard that that term before except for this channel.
