I love the brunettes too, and these are some gorgeous ones. Although I have brown hair, I didn’t get my first brunette Barbie until Sweet Roses P.J. when I was around 10 years-old in the 80s. Brunette Barbies just weren’t really available where I lived in Canada, so it was a big deal for me when I found one. Also, brunettes with pale skin are still rare. I ordered two of the new Barbie Looks Collector Club exclusive just because of that rare combination.

I loved the blond Barbie's when I was a kid but now I really do prefer the brunettes. I have brown hair or it used to be brown now it's black. My favorite Barbie doll right now is the BMR1959 girl with long blond braids. I am white but I really love the others right now.

To each their own. I don't usually rebody my 90s dolls, but I also don't have spare 90's Barbie bodies, so if I have a doll that is damaged, I have no problem putting them on a made to move dody if needed.
