Common is neutral . We don't need 4 wire only three wire but sometimes 4th wire is used for ground

On my 3hp pump, the control box that comes with it has four wire connections and is wired this way but the plug coming out of the box is 110v. So does this mean the capacitor kicks on the 220v pump but it runs on 110v?

Dear sir i have installed 2hp submercible pump 8 month ago. I received heavey bill of electricity then i check the amp of motor if is drwaing 23 amp. As per my knowledge i should draw max 1amp kindly guide me.

That pump has a manufacturing default because the amparage supposed to be in the range of 9 to 10 amps, i had the same problem , 1. Maybe the pump has frictions between the rod and the impellas kindly dismantle the impellas and check if yes put washers. 2. The pump mighty have sacked sand or stones thats the one that is causing the friction. 3. Check the poly pipe maybe it has leakages that may keep the pump runing all the time. Also test the pump from out side to check whether the impellas are not sucking air in between them

Antes de subir el video deberías de investigar, amarillo no es earth al menos aquí en los estados unidos, es neutral caliente que adquiere voltaje y es el que corre con máximo amperios que los otros cables ya que los otros colores comparten un “relay” cable a tierra aquí es verde o cobre sin cubrimiento rara vez gris y neutral es blanco..

Borewell depth is 335 feet. overhead tank is on the 4th floor home, roughly 50 feet height. What hp/stage motor please? Please also clarify water flow. Does it need to go from borewell to underground sump and then sump to overhead tank? How can same submersible motor/pump do both? What is function of starter/panel in this apart from starting motor?

Esas madres se la kitan dejan directo los cables no conectaan las protecciones.por que cuando es grande el corto ciryo consumo de corriente esas protecciones jamás abren y el motor se lo lleva la mierda. No tiene sentido conectar las protecciones
